Modivcare is committed to creating connections to care in our communities. We focus on serving those in need by providing necessary transportation services across the state. By partnering with local organizations, we are determined to foster relationships and give back to small businesses in Maine. Learn how here.
Modivcare’s Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) provides access to care when individuals face transportation barriers that would otherwise impact their ability to attend medical appointments. Multiple studies have shown that reliable transportation to healthcare appointments benefits the entire system. We are committed to the improvement of member experience and equality of service.

Our transportation providers are equally committed to helping members in Maine. For example, Christine DeCosta donated her kidney.
Our company is proud to recognize Ben Fasulo as Maine’s Driver of the Month. As a dedicated NEMT driver, Ben ensures Maine Medicaid members can access vital healthcare despite transportation challenges. Our company’s NEMT network in Maine has grown to over 60 providers, delivering safe, efficient, and on-time service with a 94% on-time rate. Ben’s reliability and positive attitude have made him an exemplary team member, now training to become a trainer for other drivers. His commitment to helping those with mobility issues makes this recognition well-deserved.
